Recessed profiles are designed to be rebated into joinery or ceilings/walls within a space, intended to sit flush with the surface of the cabinetry or plaster. The flanges on the front face of the profiles create a seamless appearance, hiding any chips within the joinery or plaster that may occur when cutting the channel for recessing.
